At Bone Safety Signs, we stand behind the quality of our traffic control and safety products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused signs or equipment in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Return
Send your package via a traceable carrier to the return address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
